- Frame and magnet set included; ensure that your product selection reflects crystal or symbol magnet choice. Small parts and magnets are a potential hazard to babies; recommended for ages 3+.
- Due to the time required to customize, print and adhere each design, please allow for four to six weeks of processing time before your order is ready for shipping, and know that we do our very best to send it much sooner than this when order volumes allow. In the event there will be a significant delay with your order, beyond the expected four to six week average processing window, we will contact you directly.

- Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They will be automatically calculated at checkout. You will be notified once your item has shipped; from that point on your item is entirely in the hands of Canada Post and can be tracked using Canada Post Tracking.
