Processing time: once ordered, how long until my product ships? what if I need it by a certain time to give as a gift?

• Due to the time required to customize, print and adhere each design, please allow for four to six weeks of processing time before your order is ready for shipping, and know that we do our very best to send it much sooner than this when order volumes allow.
• If your order is urgent, please send an email to contact@cyclesofthewild.com and we will do our very best to accelerate your order.
• In the event there will be a significant delay with your order, beyond the expected four to six week average processing window, we will contact you directly.

Shipping: what is the cost & how can I track my order?

• Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They will be automatically calculated at checkout. You will be notified once your item has shipped; from that point on your item is entirely in the hands of Canada Post and can be tracked through their services. 
• Once your package ships, you will be able to paste your tracking code on Canada Post Tracking, which will then give you an estimated arrival date.

Returns: can I return my product? 

• We pour our loving time, effort, preparation, and care into the fulfilment of each order to ensure that your cosmic goods are yours to treasure forever. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we have a no refund policy. Our full refund policy is available on our Terms of Use page.
• If you would like to make a return within 72 hours of placing your order, please send us an email and we will do our best to issue a refund if your order has not yet been processed.

Apparel fit, fabric & care instructions: how do I make sure my cosmic goods last me lifetimes? what are the fit and feature details for apparel? where can I find a size chart?

• Care instructions: All apparel can be machine-washed inside out in cold water & laid flat to dry to preserve the quality of the design. Take care not to overstretch the fabric, as the design material could tear. 
• Fabric and feature specifications:
• all products are a cotton/polyester blend fleece with split stitch double needle sewing on all seams and a flat label inside
• all sweaters have 1x1 ribbing at collar, cuffs and waistband
• hoodies have jersey-lined hoods with metal eyelets and have a front pouch pocket; youth hoodies have no drawcord
• sweatpants are a relaxed fit with elastic waistband with shoestring drawcord, 1x1 ribbing at ankle cuffs, sewn eyelets & fly detail, back pocket & jersey lined hand pockets
• Fit Information: Size chart available below. All adult sweaters and sweatpants are a cozy, looser fit. Sizing down is not recommended, as the stretching of the fabric caused by a tighter fit may cause damage to the design.
