• You must include your birth date, time, and location (city/town, province/state/territory and country of birth) in your order notes for your order to be processed within our standard processing timeframe of 4-6 weeks. If you do not know your exact birth time, let us know and we will adapt the design accordingly with the info available!
• Due to the time required to customize, print and adhere each design, please allow for four to six weeks of processing time before your order is ready for shipping, and know that we do our very best to send it much sooner than this when order volumes allow. In the event there will be a significant delay with your order, beyond the expected four to six week average processing window, we will contact you directly. 
• If your order is urgent, please send an email to contact@cyclesofthewild.com and we will do our very best to accelerate your order.
• Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They will be automatically calculated at checkout. You will be notified once your item has shipped; from that point on your item is entirely in the hands of Canada Post and can be tracked using Canada Post Tracking.
